Appointment-based in-person services are available in our Lakewood, Colorado Springs, and Grand Junction offices. To support our efforts to deliver exceptional customer service and timely processing of applications, in-person services will be available by appointment only. We are not accepting walk-in requests at this time. The following information further details the scope of MED licensing services available to our customers.

Other Methods to Submit Applications to the MED
The MED has prioritized expanding options for online submission of applications using your computer, phone, or another device with internet access. It's fast and easy to submit your application online.
The MED will continue to accept application submissions online, by USPS mail and drop off (drop off services are available at the Lakewood office only). The Lakewood office’s Drop Box is now located in the lobby and is only available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please place your complete applications in an envelope to keep the application intact.
Please do not submit multiple of the same application[s] as this may complicate the application process and significantly delay your application processing time. For example, please do not submit an application online and make an in-person appointment.
Issuance of License
When the MED is prepared to issue your owner or employee license, it will be mailed to the address listed on your application - you cannot pick it up.
