SB 22-120 requires the Department of Revenue to submit a report to the General Assembly analyzing the feasibility of regulating kratom products, kratom processors, and kratom retailers. The report must identify, consider, and recommend legislative action regarding several subjects, which can be found on pages 2-3 of the SB 22-120 bill.
