Fox Street Wellness LLC

Feb. 5, 2025- The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory due to the identification of contaminated and potentially contaminated Regulated Marijuana Flower (bud/shake/trim) produced by Fox Street Wellness LLC.

The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to have Total Yeast and Mold above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4-215. This Advisory includes Harvest Batches that were tested and found to have exceeded acceptable limits established for Total Yeast and Mold and Moisture Content. It also includes potentially contaminated Harvest Batches that were grown at the same time and using the same procedures as the Harvest Batches that were confirmed to be contaminated.

Consumers who have this affected marijuana in their possession should destroy it or return it to the Regulated Marijuana Store from which it was purchased for proper disposal.

Individuals who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting an MED Reporting Form.
