MED Health and Safety Advisories
If the MED identifies evidence of contaminants in regulated marijuana or other public health and safety risks to consumers, the MED may issue a Health and Safety Advisory (see below) to warn the public not to consume and to dispose of any contaminated product they may have purchased.
MED has asked all regulated marijuana stores to print and display this Health & Safety Advisory flyer at the point of sale. It contains a QR code for consumers to sign up for MED's Health and Safety Advisories. In addition, consumers can click the link below to sign up for the advisories.

CSV CO LLC and JOLET VENTURES LLC
SEPTEMBER 8, 2025 - The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory due to the identification of contaminated Regulated Flower and Pre-Rolled Marijuana produced by CSV CO LLC and Jolet Ventures LLC, both doing business as 710 Labs.
The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to have Total Yeast and Mold and Aspergillus above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4-215.
CSV CO LLC and Jolet Ventures LLC collaborated with the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) to initiate a voluntary recall for the affected Harvest and Production Batches. The affected product was sold between May 21, 2025, and September 1, 2025, at 172 stores across the state. Click here to see a comprehensive list of these stores.
Individuals who possess this affected product should destroy it or return it to the store from which it was purchased for proper disposal. Individuals who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting an MED Reporting Form.
