The Latest Health and Safety Advisory

Clearview Industries LCC

AUGUST 7, 2025 - The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory due to the identification of contaminated Regulated Marijuana Product produced by Clearview Industries, LLC.

The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to have been manufactured with ingredients that contain pesticides above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4‐215. As a precautionary measure, this Advisory includes a Production Batch that was tested and found to have exceeded regulatory limits established for three pesticides; Bifenazate, Fluopyram, and Myclobutanil.

A voluntary recall was initiated by Clearview Industries, LLC for the affected Production Batch of “Nerd Bar 5G” Vaporizer Delivery Devices. The affected product was sold between July 1, 2025, and July 29, 2025, at approximately 18 stores across the state. A full list of stores that sold the affected products can be found in the Health & Safety Advisory.

Individuals who possess this affected product should destroy it or return it to the store from which it was purchased for proper disposal. Individuals who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting an MED Reporting Form.
