The Latest Health and Safety Advisory

CC Brands LLC, dba Stash House CO

December 31, 2025 - The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing an additional Health and Safety Advisory due to the identification of contaminated Meical and Retail Marijuana Concentrate in the forms of Vaporizer Delivery Devices and Infused Pre-Rolled Marijuana produced by CC Brands LLC, doing business as Stash House CO.

The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to have pesticides above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4‐215. This Advisory includes a Production Batch that initially passed testing but was later subjected to additional testing and found to exceed regulatory limits established for the pesticide Chlorfenapyr. In addition, this advisory includes Production Batches that were produced using marijuana concentrate that failed testing for the pesticide Fluopyram.

CC Brands, LLC, collaborated with the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) to initiate a voluntary recall for the affected Production Batches of Infused Pre-Rolls and Vaporizer Cartridges. The affected product is listed below (by license number and Production Batch) and was sold between 2/27/2025 and 12/11/2025 at 295 stores across the state. Read the full advisory to find a full list of the affected stores.
